Started with Basic Bookkeeping
Our founder Linnea began consulting for small businesses in Bangkok that needed help organizing financial records. Most clients just wanted someone to make sense of their receipts and invoices before year-end.
2021
Focused on Audit Preparation
After several clients mentioned struggling with audit prep, we shifted focus entirely. Brought on advisors with Big Four experience and started developing systematic approaches for documentation and compliance.

Developed specific frameworks for tech companies and manufacturers — the two sectors where we noticed consistent audit challenges. Created checklists and processes that actually matched how these businesses operate.

Now working with about forty businesses across Thailand. Still refining methods based on what we learn from each audit season. Planning to expand our compliance advisory services throughout 2025 and into 2026.
